Las Vegas Travel Tips for Investors
Las Vegas traveling can be done efficiently for investors who prepare in advance.
Get your financing lined up. Regardless of which agent you pick, you will have to get this done. Banks (aka sellers) don’t even look at offers that don’t have proof of funding (POF).
Contact me before making travel arrangements to get a list of pre-screened agents. Many agents are slammed and you don’t want to travel all the way here to pick the only one that isn’t busy. The least busy are the most likely to be unqualified.
Plan on staying at least 2 nights/3 days to be successful. These places below are popular with investors. You don’t need a car unless you plan on playing around before or after your trip:
La Quinta (Flamingo & Paradise), Microtel (Near the Airport)
Make Sure To Bring These Things With You:
Check book or a cashier’s check made out to “TITLE” in the amount of $3000.
Don’t forget to bring some comfortable shoes and clothes.
BONUS if you bring a laptop! A laptop is extremely handy.
